Richie Diaz has been training our group of six friends for several years and we all look fabulous! It’s wonderful to see each other at each session, and Richie always gives us a strenuous work out that hits all the right places. He is kind, demanding, and well-educated about physical fitness. I have been working out with Richie for 2 ½ years. Having been diagnosed with Type II Diabetes 10 years ago, I had always included diet and exercise, along with medication, in keeping this disease under tight control. After one year of weekly metabolic strength training with Richie, my doctor placed me in the pre-diabetic range. During the second year of training with Richie I increased workouts to twice weekly. Last summer, I was taken off of all oral medication. Today, Diabetes is in remission, I am not taking any medication and I look and feel better than ever! I love my workouts and am eternally grateful to Richie for playing such a critical role in my health and well-being.

Richie Diaz

Born and raised in South Pasadena. CA. Master trainer with more then 10 years experience in the fitness industry. Growing up Richie always had a passion for fitness and health. Since the age of 5 he has been in multiple competitive sports, year round training and motivated to challenge himself to become the better him. There is no guessing how he finds unique ways to motivate each and every student/client, from 5 yeas old to 85 years old.  With high intense positive energy each and every day you will always find yourself motivated. Richie got his foot in the door by never giving up and always striving for the best. Applying for child care at his first studio Richie got declined the position but was given a chance to become a trainer starting with youth fitness. The rest is history.

Darren Lo

    As a Certified Personal Trainer and fitness enthusiast, Darren always aims to continually improve himself both physically and mentally. Growing up with a background in martial arts, and a variety of other sports, he loves to exercise and stay active. As an avid physique and bodybuilding fan, he sought to drastically change his body, and is still working on it to this day. Through years of personal trial and error, he has gained the knowledge to create fun and challenging workouts while staying attentive to effectiveness and longevity. He has spent the time to figure out what diets and exercises work best so you don’t have to, and he as applied these nutrition and fitness techniques ever since.
