This golf program has been tailor made to meet the specific demands of the game. Why is flexibility and core strength training so important for golfers at every level of the game? In short, done properly, training will increase your ability to generate power (longer shots) and just as importantly - it will help to counteract the imbalances that are inherent with swinging a club the same way thousands of times each year.
We have developed a system that combines athletic performance training with corrective exercise to deliver you with a much more powerful core and an increase in full body flexibility.
Each workout is broken down in phases. This 8 week program will set you up for success.
